Shipping Policy for Full Moon Mystics

Thank you for shopping with Full Moon Mystics! This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (seasonal sales, product restocks, special releases), processing times may be delayed by a few additional days.
    If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer shipping options such as:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days

Delivery delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier-related issues outside our control.

International Shipping 

  • At this time, Full Moon Mystics does not ship outside of the United States.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • A shipment confirmation

  • A tracking number
    Tracking numbers typically activate within 24–48 hours.

4. Shipping Carriers

Full Moon Mystics primarily uses:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx (optional)

You may customize this section depending on the services you plan to use.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship the order once the customer pays for additional shipping.

  • Refunds are not issued for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is shipped, Full Moon Mystics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However:

  • If your package indicates “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If your items arrive damaged, contact us within [48–72 hours] with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

You may choose to offer Route Insurance or similar protection if desired.

7. Service Interruptions

Full Moon Mystics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Customs delays (international)

  • Carrier disruptions or strikes

  • Holiday season congestion

We will do our best to communicate delays when possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products, such as candles or fragrances, may have temperature-sensitive shipping requirements during extreme heat or cold. We may delay shipping to prevent product damage.

9. Local Pickup 

  • Local Pickup: Available at our shop located in Honeoye NY, 8596 main street. by appointment. You will receive instructions after your order is confirmed.
