Full Moon Mystics Refund Policy

At Full Moon Mystics, we take pride in handcrafting our candles, wax melts, and metaphysical goods with care and intention. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are handmade, custom, or ritual-prepared, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we will gladly work with you if there is a problem with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at fullmoonmystics@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will offer one of the following based on the situation:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Lost or Missing Packages

Full Moon Mystics is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim and explore possible solutions.

Custom or Ritual Items

Custom-blended candles, spell candles, intention sets, readings, and other personalized or ritual-prepared items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Allergy & Safety Disclaimer

We list ingredients when possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product descriptions for potential allergens. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or misuse.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless they have already been shipped or created (for custom items).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
